Despite living through a pandemic, 2020 was an AMAZING year for Harpers Mill. We added 79 new lots to our Glen Royal section but ended the year with a whopping 255 new home sales! We are ecstatic that hundreds of families chose to make Harpers Mill their home! Our new home sales increased by about 14% from 2019 and we expect that growth to continue to rise.
In addition to the sales, Harpers Mill added several new amenities to the community. In our Kenbrook section, a pickleball court with pavilion and fire pit was added. This is a great space for a little bit of exercise and a little bit of mingling. In our Fisher Green section, an amphitheater was created which will be wonderful for live music, story time, or movie nights. Finally, our trail system increased with about a half mile running through our Hartidge and Timberstone sections.
In 2021, we expect great things. We are adding 383 lots to the neighborhood. All lots in Glen Royal will be completed, as well as, in Kenbrook and Fishers Green. We’re also adding two new sections this year, Millright and Fawnwood.
Last, but not least, we will be adding even more trails this year. They will run from the Fawnwood entrance down Harpers Mill Parkway around to Kenbrook, giving neighbors even more miles of paths to walk or bike on.
All of this makes Harpers Mill the Fun Place to Live!! We love what this community is growing into and we hope you will too!
