Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Wonderland event. We had a fantastic time as we transported through the looking glass and into Wonderland. Children of all ages joined Alice as she hosted a magical Tea Party with the Mad Hatter himself. The Queen of Hearts was even in good spirits as she opened up her bounce house castle to the children of the land. While in Wonderland, the children also received free cotton candy from O’How Sweet Cotton Candy and got to mingle with a variety of animals at the petting zoo.
The Wonderland festivities weren’t just for children, though. The adults got to rock out to live music from Bombshell RVA and help donate over $1,500 to a local cat rescue, Cat’s Cradle of Greater Richmond, by drinking beer from the Cheshire Cat Tavern. There were also a variety of food trucks available; Timber Pizza, Cafe 804, Pop’s Kettle Corn, and jiji’s Frozen Custard.
Of course, for those interested in moving into Harpers Mill, we had several builders on site to answer questions and give out information. All of our model homes were open and available for viewing with a White Rabbit Scavenger Hunt. Those who followed the White Rabbit down the rabbit hole and found all the items were entered into a drawing for a $500 gift card. Our winner for that was Jessica Maris. Congratulations to her!!
Overall, the event was a huge success that brought prospective home buyers and current homeowners together to meet and mingle despite the unseasonably hot weather. If you’re looking for a neighborhood to call home, why not check out Harpers Mill? This is the Fun Place to Live!
