Joseph K. Stewart founded Eastwood Homes in 1977. It was his dream to build reasonably priced homes of superior quality, while maintaining a focus on conducting business with integrity. Since then, Joe, his son and business partner Clark Stewart and the entire management team at Eastwood Homes work together to carry on this dream. With corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC, Eastwood Homes now serves communities throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

In the last 40 years, Eastwood Homes has become one of the top home builders in the Southeast. They are a four time winner of the Builder of the Year Award in Richmond and Charlotte, they hold several JD Powers and Associates Awards, are four time winners of the Builder of Integrity Award, and many more.

Eastwood Homes is especially proud of its philanthropic partnership with Levine Children’s Hospital. We donate a portion of every home that we sell in the Charlotte market to the hospital, and also raise funds for Levine Children’s through our annual charity golf outing, the Eastwood Classic. Our team also donates items for our Eastwood Homes Hospital Cart, which circulates the hospital providing healthy snacks, reading materials, gifts, and toiletries for the children staying in the hospital and their families.
